Loading Rate : 4,000MT PWWD SHEX 12HRS T/T USC FYI, Kashima port - Working : Mon-Sat Not Working : Sun & Holidays Loading Rate : 4,000MT/Day
Discharging Rate: 3,000MT PWWD SHINC 12HRS T/T USC

Geared ships with gear suitable for grabs (capacity: min 25 mt SWL).
Full cargo to be loaded/unloaded with ship's cranes only which to be in good working condition able to load/discharge full cargo.
Owner to give free use of ship's gear to Chtrs for loading & unloading. Stevedores to be provided by load/disport port terminal.
Vsl fully classified by Lloyds 100A1(highest) or equivalent (by member of IACS, International Association of Classification Societies) and class to be maintained throughout the voyage + P&I covered and standard crgo liability to be included into P&I + fully ISM compliant for the entire voyage + P&I club to be member of International Group, o/wise subject to approval of Chtrs' insurance company.
The vsl's age to be not over 20 years otherwise OAP at Owners' account
Draft restrictions and Lightening at Haldia:
If any lightening at Haldia is required then same to be for Chrtrs account (rcvrs acct) and time to lighten to count as laytime (but shifting from anchorage to port not to count as laytime).
