for boiler subject to outside temperature

Charterers are to supply fuel oil of following type:
ifo RMG 380, upto max 380 cst and mdo = DMB according to the
specification iso 8217:2010(e) and any updates thereto, for main engine
and auxiliary engines.
The fuel oil shall be of good quality and without chemical residues and
used lubricating oil and substances harmful to the vessels engines and to be in
accordance with marpol 73/78 annex vi regulations and alterations as and
when in force.
Environmental considerations: regional, national and international rules
and regulations having influence on the bunker specifications to be
followed by charterers and for their account as and when applicable.
Sludge removal, as and when necessary, to be for charterers account.
Sludge quantities not to count as fuel consume
