Loading port rate: 4k shinc.
Discharge port: Matadi port, Congo.
Draft in Matadi: 9 meter.
Discharge port rate: 1.5k fhinc.
Quantity: 12.5k x 12months = 150k.
Laycan: end August, 2013.
