(COA)1.5 MILLION MT OF SEA SAND FROM BINH THUAN, VIETNAM TO SINGAPORE

WE ARE PLEASED TO OFFER U THE C..O.A FOR 1.5 MILLION METRIC TON  OF SEA SAND FM BINH THUAN, VIETNAM TO SINGAPORE.

 

 

1. PERFORMING VSL: ................

 

2.CARGO & QUANTITY:

            THE WHOLE QUANTITY OF THE CONTRACT IS 1,500,000 MTS OF SEA SAND. THE QUANTITY FOR EACH MONTH IS MINIMUM 200,000 MTS (MIN TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND METRIC TONS PER MONTH). EACH SHIPMENT IS 30,000 MTS +/- 10% AT OWNERS OPTION. 

THE FINAL QUANTITY OF EACH INDIVIDUAL SHIPMENT WILL BE BASED ON THE CONSIGNEE/BUYER’S FINAL SURVEY AT DISCHARGING PORT.

ENOUGH GOODS TO BE TRANSPORTED VOLUME OF THE VESSEL.

WHEN THE SHIP ARRIVED AT THE PORT OF SINGAPORE THE SHIPOWNER IS RESPONSIBLE TO CONTACT JTC  TO ROW DOWN

 

3.         LOADING/DISCHARGING PORTS: 1 LOADING POSITION AT BINH THUAN VIETNAM (1.5KM AROUND THE COORDINATE: 10.31.30N, 107.40.00E) / 1SAP SINGAPORE

5.         LOADING/DISCHARGING RATES:

            LOADING/DISCHARGING RATES: MIN 10,000 MTS PER WWDSHINC FOR BOTH LOADING AND DISCHARGING PORT.

THE CHARTERERS MUST PROVIDE ENOUGH LIGHTERS/CARGO TO MEET THE A/M RATES.

THE OWNERS MUST PREPARE SUITABLE MANPOWER, EQUIPMENTS TO LOAD/UNLOAD THE CARGO WITH THE A/M RATES.

 

6.         DEMURRAGE:

            USD 2500 PER DAY OR PRO RATA WORKING TIME  AT BOTH ENDS (BUT NOT MORE THAN IN TOTAL USD 40.000) IS APPLICABLE TO BOTH CHARTERERS AND OWNERS WHO VIOLATE THE RATE OF SUPPLYING CARGO AND LOADING/DISCHARGING CARGO RESPECTIVELY.

IF QUANTITY TRANSPORTED IN ONE MONTH LESS THAN 200,000 MTS DUE TO OWNERS’ FAULT, THE SHORTAGE QUANTITY IS SUBJECT TO PENALTY OF USD …/1 MT AT OWNERS’ ACCOUNT.

 

7.         FREIGHT RATE:

USD .......... /M3 INCLUDING STEVEDORING CHARGE AT BOTH ENDS

THE CHARTERERS BEAR ALL EXPENSES TO MOVE THE CARGO SHIPSIDE THE VESSEL.

THE OWNERS BEAR ALL EXPENSES RELATING TO THE SHIP (PORT CHARGES AND DUES).

LOADING COST AT LOADING PORT IS AT OWNERS RISK AND ACCOUNT BUT CHARTERER IS TO PAY FOR CHIP’S CRANE OPERATORS DISCHARGING COST IS AT OWNERS RISK AND ACCOUNT AT DISCHARGING PORT.

 

8.         PAYMENT TERMS:

THE CHARTERERS WILL ADVANCE 30% OF ESTIMATED FREIGHT FOR EACH SHIPMENT WHEN THE SHIP ARRIVES AT LOADING PORT. THE REMAINING 70% SHALL BE PAID TO THE OWNERS AFTER 24 HOURS ( EXCLUDING SATURDAY/SUNDAY) SINCE THE TIME THE CHARTERERS RECEIVE THE PAYMENT FROM THE BUYER.

OGIRINAL BILL MARKED "CLEAN ON BOARD" AND "FREIGHT PAYABLE AS PER C/P" OR " FREIGHT TO COLLECT" TO BE SIGNED AND RELEASED UPON BANK SLIP OF THE ADVANCED 30% OF FREIGHT.

WHEN ROWS DOWN AND START ALL PURCHASES PAID FOR INSIDE SALES THEN THE SELLER TO PAY FOR NEW BOAT OWNERS .

 

9.         B/L FORM: TO BE OWNER’S FORM OR GENCON FORM BILL TO BE USED.

 

10.       DEM / DES IF ANY TO BE SETTLE WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER THE DAY OF PAYMENT OF FREIGHT AGAINST SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS (NOR, SOF, LAYTIME SHEET).

 

11.       NOTICE OF READINESS TO BE TENDERED IN OFFICE HOURS, (0800-1700LT FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY AND 0800 - 1200LT SATURDAY).  LAYTIME TO COUNT 8AM/1PM GENCON. IF NOR TENDERED BEFORE 12:00HOURS INCLUDING 12: 00 HOURS, LAYTIME TO COUNTER FROM 13PM, IF NOR TENDERED AFTER 12:00 HOURS, LAYTIME TO BE COUNTED FROM 08AM OF NEXT DAY UNLESS ACTUAL TIME LOADING / DISCHARGING COMMENCE SOONER THEN ABOVE TIME, THE LAYTIME WILL BE  COUNTED FROM TIME COMMENCEMENT LOADING / DISCHARGING. VESSEL SHIFTING TIME SHALL NOT COUNT AS LAYTIM WHEN THE SHIP ARRIVED AT THE PORT OF BINH THUAN TAKEN , THEN THE OWNERS SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE TO CONTACT THE SHIP AT THE PORT TO GET THE GOODS

 

12.       DRAFT SURVEY AT LOADING PORT TO BE FOR CHRTR'S A/C AND ARRANGEMENT. TIME FOR DRAFT SURVEY, NOT COUNT AS LAYTIME. TIM WAITING FOR SURVEYORS TO BE COUNTED AS LAYTIME.

 

13.       VESSEL'S HOLDS MUST BE CLEAN / DRY BEFORE LOADING. ANY TIME, COST FOR RE-CLEANING HOLDS IF ANY AT OWNER'S A/C, RISK. CARGO HOLDS MUST BE WATER PROOF.

 

16.       CARGO TO BE DISCHARGED /DELIVERED TO RECEIVER AGAINST ORIGINAL BS/L OR RECEIVERS' BANK LOI.

 

17.       ANY DISPUTE ARISING FROM THIS CONTRACT TO BE SETTLED AT SINGAPORE AND ENGLISH LAW TO BE APPLIED.

 

18.       OWRS CONFIRM THE VESSEL MUST BE OF ISM/P&I/CLASSIFICATION CERTIFICATE, AND ALL VSL'S TRADING CERTIFICATES VALID DURING THIS VOYAGE.

 

19.       ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS PER GENCON CHARTER PARTY FORM 94.

 

20.      COM: 3.75% TTL

 

21.       THIS FIXTURE NOTE COMES INTO EFFECT WHEN BOTH PARTIES SIGNED/STAMP. EMAIL OR FAX COPY IS ACCEPTABLE
