PDVSA IS IN THE MARKET FOR THE FOLLOWING TIME CHARTER REQUIREMENT:

VESSEL TYPE:	ONE (01) MR (DOUBLE HULL)
PERIOD:	1 YEAR
REMARKS:	MUST ABLE TO LOAD REFINED PRODUCTS (GASOLINE, DIESEL OIL, HVN, ALKYLATE, AND OTHERS) , BESIDES MTBE.
RESTRICTIONS:	DWT:     40000 - 54900 MT   (*) The vessel would be subject to acceptance of the charge and discharge terminals in regard to restrictions.   (*) Number of Segregations: minimum 06 for double valve segregation. (*) Double hull.   (*) Must have at least 12 synthetic fiber rope of 220 mc / u   (*) Preferably Venezuelan flag.   (*) Must be able to load at least three degrees simultaneously.   (*) Must be able to dock to both sides.   (*) Must be able to ballast by both sides.   (*) Maximum Height of 12.5 m of

           5)        Vessel particulars questionnaire (VPQ)
            6)        Questionnaire Pequiven terminal.
       
            Please inform the speed and consumption of IFO and MDO mandatory:
            1)        Loading
            2)        Loading / Ballasting
            3)        Discharging including inert gas system
            4)        Discharging / Deballasting
            5)        Sailing (in Ballast)
            6)        Sailing (laden)

Vessel will be subject to: management / terminals approvals and SCAT inspection.
VENEZUELAN INCOME TAX, MAX 1.7 % FOR OWNERS ACCOUNT.
