discharge port: - nor shall be accepted during working hours (8:00am to
5pm on working days and 8:00am to 1:00pm on saturdays).
- berthing and sailing shall be carried out during favorable weather
conditions and during day light only.
- an additional tug will be used during berthing and the hire charges
for the same will be on owner's account. delay due to non-availability
of additional tug will also be on owner's account. please advise
vessel's tc chain, itinerary as well as eta at pol.
- vessel to be single deck, max 24 years.
- owners to ascertain port restrictions/regulations bends.
- charterers agents bends (ems / j.m. baxi &co.)
- comm 5pct t/l
- otherwise as per charterers proforma standard cp and discharge port
conditions to accept the vessel.
- sub sales/stem/rcvs/chrtrs confirmation and vsl's technical approval
to be lifted within 48 hours sshex after fixing main terms.
